A little glimpse into my story
I’ve spent the past decade (and then some) creating as a transformational artist, speaker, sacred sexuality coach, and ritualist — which is really just a fancy way of saying I’m devoted to helping humans remember their magic, their eros, and that their bodies are the doorway home to the Divine.
People call me a muse to wild hearts across the world. I call myself someone who believes — fiercely — in the healing power of embodiment, ritual, and pleasure.
And of course, my spiritual journey started like how all great stories starts...with tower moments that bring you to your knees. In my Saturn return, my marriage crumbled, and I didn't get accepted into my Urban Planning Masters Program...but I instead met my first Tantra teacher, and my life would unknowningly course correct.
And from that moment, for the next 13+ years, I've now...
facilitated hundreds of somatic, sensual ceremonies and journeys, and mentored thousands through my trainings, retreats, and online programs. I’ve spoken on many beautiful stages, been interviewed on plenty of podcasts, and facilitated at festivals around the world (usually barefoot, half naked and covered in paint;).
In 2023, my book "Ascension of Gaia: Resurrection of the Sacred Sexual Feminine" (A Now Amazon Best-Seller) was birthed ~ a transmission weaving together our evolving relationship with Lover Earth with the rise of sacred sexuality and women’s sexual healing.
Along the way, I also co-founded the 34-acre EarthSong Farm Community in British Columbia back in 2022, and built my own design agency, Medicine Media, for the sheer joy of making beautiful things.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of British Columbia, layered on top of a Visual Arts Diploma focused on performance theatre, painting, and sculpture. I’ve also trained with many teachers in sacred sexuality, energy work, leadership, and plant medicine traditions. I'm also currently completing a certification in Somatic Sexology through the Somatica Institute, and birthing a retreat centre in Italy.
When I’m not creating worlds or guiding others into theirs, I’m usually being a mama to my daughter, practicing yoga, singing, wandering forests, or spending time with my beloved community in British Columbia. As much as I love luxury, fashion, arts + culture & the bougee-side of life - all the best that city living has to offer, I have a crunchy granola side to me. This looks like gardening, home-schooling my daughter & using my life's work to bring awareness + attention back to the Earth from which we come. I believe in the power of balancing technology with innate earth-based wisdom.
